Dura-Swiss top cover
Our medical-grade top cover will outlast and outperform any off-the-shelf insole. Since each insole we produce is entirely unique in shape, our lab techs custom-trim each top cover individually—like handmade shoes from a cobbler. This results in a seamless edge finish, eliminating any gaps or potential for rubbing.
FASTec Filament
Custom 3d printed insole body using our proprietary FASTec filament. The lightest, most flexible, and highest energy return of any orthotic/insole structural material on the market.
Dynamic Hex Structure
We found, through countless hours of testing with a variety of support structures, that we couldn't beat the honeybees. It's the lightest, strongest, and most supportive pattern—perfect for running insoles.

Why Custom Running Insoles?

Here's how:

Using prefab insoles is like wearing someone else's prescription glasses—likely not helpful and often worse. We use a 3D scan of your foot to create insoles that match your exact shape down to the millimeter.
Fun fact: Your feet are siblings, not identical twins. That’s why we craft two unique insoles—one for each foot. Precise arch-to-arch contact ensures impact is evenly absorbed, reducing strain and improving alignment from the ground up.
