custom insoles = fast

less pain → better training → faster finishes

Pros use custom insoles to unlock performance gains by avoiding injury and pain.

But here’s the problem with getting them at a sports med clinic:

  1. You'll pay $500 - $2,000+
  2. They use outdated tech—rigid plastic and bulky foam that restrict natural running motion.

Built by Doctors

Racing is in our DNA. With decades of experience in running-specific podiatry, we've designed a product based on real performance outcomes.

Lightweight. Maximum bounce. Durable.

Dura-Swiss top cover

Our medical-grade top cover will outlast and outperform any off-the-shelf insole. Since each insole we produce is entirely unique in shape, our lab techs custom-trim each top cover individually—like handmade shoes from a cobbler. This results in a seamless edge finish, eliminating any gaps or potential for rubbing.

FASTec Filament

Custom 3d printed insole body using our proprietary FASTec filament. The lightest, most flexible, and highest energy return of any orthotic/insole structural material on the market.

Dynamic Hex Structure

We found, through countless hours of testing with a variety of support structures, that we couldn't beat the honeybees. It's the lightest, strongest, and most supportive pattern—perfect for running insoles.

With 3D printing, we're able to do things that mass-produced insoles could never dream of. Compared to EVA foam (the industry standard for custom orthotics dating back to the 1970s), our dynamic hex beats it in every category—weight, strength, and longevity—while also adaptively changing firmness in critical regions.

The Tech

Why Custom Running Insoles?

Years of pounding the pavement add serious stress to your feet, knees, hips, and legs. That high impact, over the course of thousands of miles, eventually takes its toll. If you're not landing in a balanced or neutral position, injuries will keep coming back and perpetually slow your progress. RUNFAST Insoles give you the support to land correctly, significantly reducing the strain on your body.

Our custom insoles:

  • relieve foot pain or even stop it altogether
  • treat plantar fasciitis
  • give you the support you need to run for years to come.

Using prefab insoles is like wearing someone else's prescription glasses—likely not helpful and often worse. We use a 3D scan of your foot to create insoles that match your exact shape down to the millimeter.

Fun fact: Your feet are siblings, not identical twins. That’s why we craft two unique insoles—one for each foot. Precise arch-to-arch contact ensures impact is evenly absorbed, reducing strain and improving alignment from the ground up.

how to use Scan app

After you order, you'll receive an access code to our iOS app.

  • TrueDepth iPhone technology
Prepare - download the app, find a place to sit, and take off your socks
  • 3d Scan
Press the scan button and ensure that the FaceID camera captures the entire foot.
  • Upload
Our scan outputs a true 3d file that is an exact replica of your foot. Apple's FaceID camera uses infrared beams to make a millimeter precise 3d map of your face when you unlock your phone, we use that same camera to scan your feet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fast custom insoles are designed to last at least two years, often even longer. However, because our feet naturally change over time, most specialists recommend getting a remold after this period for optimal support. Additionally, the top cover material is a consumable component that will naturally wear down based on usage and care. Its lifespan varies from person to person, depending on factors like activity level, how much you sweat, and maintenance.
Every shoe fits differently, and so do your feet in each pair. We highly recommend getting custom insoles for every pair of shoes you wear for the best fit and performance. When your insoles arrive, you may need to trim them slightly to achieve the best fit across multiple shoes. This won’t affect their function and helps accommodate sizing variations between brands, as a size 10 can differ in length and shape from one brand to another.
Check out this video. If the top cover is slightly too long, you can easily trim it with scissors for a perfect fit. Watch our video for step-by-step instructions on how to cut your insoles correctly. Important: Be sure to remove your old shoe inserts before using your new custom orthotics.
